By following this link, you will directly go through a "pre-registration" procedure. After filling in the form, your pre-registration will need to be validated. Please do not forget to choose your tarification. Generally, you should receive a confirmation e-mail the next day. Approved pre-registered participants will have to finalize their inscription and proceed with payment following the link sent in the automatic e-mail.
The fees include the gala dinner. However in order estimate the number of participants at the final event on Saturday evening, we ask you to please indicate your attendance by accepting a special “supplement” of 0€ for the gala dinner.

The conference fee for participants includes conference package, access to all papers, lunches and coffee breaks on 20th and 21st, welcome reception on the 19th and gala dinner on the 21st.
